Can’t Stop Won’t Stop is an independent publication by Lawrence Hester, (re)launched in February 2025. It’s a place where I share hard-earned lessons on leadership, endurance, and building something from nothing.

I’ve spent my career in the trenches—co-founding FareHarbor, scaling it into an industry leader, and now serving as Chairman of its competitor. I’ve run businesses on the edge of survival, made tough calls, and learned what separates strong leaders from weak ones. I’ve also pushed myself personally—training for ultramarathons, testing limits, and proving that persistence is everything.

This site is about that mindset.
